Community-Based Air Quality
Screening Program
If you are concerned about the air quality in your neighborhood, consider applying for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s (DEC’s) Community Air Screen Program. This DEC community-based project, conducted in coordination with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will enable local community groups and residents to take air samples in their neighborhoods and help them to identify and address local air quality concerns.
