Governor David Paterson and Queens Borough President Helen Marshall shake on the future success of a project to widen runway at JFK Airport, Tuesday, July 28th. The project, which will take four months to complete, is expected to reduce delays, improve the environment and provide pilots with more options for getting their planes to gates.
