QUEENS, NY – The Queens Borough Board, chaired by Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr., will host a hybrid, two-day public hearing on the Mayor’s Fiscal Year 2024 Preliminary Expense and Capital Budget on Monday, January 30 and Tuesday, January 31. The hearing will begin at 10am each day.

The purpose of the hearing, which will be held both in-person at Queens Borough Hall and via Zoom, is to obtain testimony from Queens Community Boards, community stakeholders and members of the public regarding the proposals contained in the Mayor’s FY24 Preliminary Budget.
