QUEENS, NY – Following a record-setting community board application period and an exhaustive review of the Queens community board network, Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. will hold a virtual press conference on Tuesday, April 6 to discuss both his comprehensive slate of community board reforms and his successful efforts to ensure this year’s class of over 350 community board appointees were as adequately representative of Queens’ unmatched diversity as possible.
