NYIC Community Resource Fair - Long Island
Join us at Freeport High School on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 9am-1pm to access health, social, and legal services!
In partnership with Mount Sinai South Nassau's Vaxmobile, attendees can receive their COVID19 vaccine; no appointment required. There will be resources about health insurance, SNAP screening and enrollment, college access, and much more!
To ensure a safe space for all attending, this event will be outdoors, masks are required, and we will be conducting health screening and contract tracing.
