Borough President Richards, his staff and representatives from the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development hosted an affordable housing and land use training webinar for community board members on January 31, 2023. The educational webinar can be viewed above.
Land Use Public Hearing: November 30
The next Land Use Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, November 30 at 9:30am. It will be held in a hybrid fashion, with residents being able to testify either in person at Queens Borough Hall or via Zoom.

The hearings are generally scheduled every three weeks on Thursdays at 9:30am, except when they fall on holidays. Hearings will be held in a hybrid manner and live streamed both at www.queensbp.org and on the Borough President’s YouTube channel.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to testify at a public hearing, you must identify yourself before you speak, keep your camera on during the testimony, display your name accurately on Zoom and state your name for the record. Otherwise, you might not be permitted to testify absent prior approval from our office.
