Anti-Asian Hate Crimes & Bias Town Hall
Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr., the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, Mayor’s Office to Prevent Hate Crimes, the NYC Commission on Human Rights, the NYPD Asian Hate Crimes Task Force and other members of the administration will hold a town hall focusing on Anti-Asian hate crimes in NYC and Queens. They will discuss what constitutes a hate crime, how survivors of hate violence can report incidents, what the City is doing to combat the surge in hate crimes and the services that are available to survivors.
