Please join Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. for a Black History Month Celebration honoring outstanding community leaders. The winners of Borough President Richards’s African American Heritage Scholarship Competition will also announced during the event, which will be held Thursday, February 16 at 6 p.m. in the Helen Marshal Cultural Center at Queens Borough Hall, 120-55 Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens.
