The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey invites qualified businesses to respond to an Invitation for Offers (“IFO”) to lease, renovate, operate, and maintain a restaurant within the
Central Taxi Hold Lot (“CTH”) in Building 187 at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
This IFO will provide a variety of food and beverage options (including halal) to serve the taxi driver community.
This opportunity is ONLY being offered to Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE), with a preference for local businesses, who are certified by the Port Authority or have the qualifications to become certified as an MBE. All other Offers will not be accepted.
