HOPEWorks Career Readiness Program
The HOPE Program is accepting applications for our HOPEworks (General Industry). This 7-week intensive career-readiness program is 100% virtual and provides a $300 stipend. HOPEworks general industry, helps participants succeed in various fields through cover letter and resume writing, computer skills, interview prep, financial literacy, wellness, and essential skills, including public speaking and conflict resolution. Eight and 16-hour security guard certification is available.
All applicants must:
- Be ready to participate in a full-time training program (Monday - Friday, 9a-5p)
- Be willing to secure full-time employment and work in New York City after completion of training.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Reside in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, or Westchester County
