You will receive a Zoom link one day before the event starts. Speaker: Emily Wazlak is the Founder and CEO of Shine Registry, a platform for founders and small business owners to ask for startup needs in the style of a wedding registry. You can ask for a gravy boat when you’re getting married and with Shine Registry you can ask for office supplies and network connections when you’re starting a business. Alongside supporting the more than 500 entrepreneurs using Shine Registry, Emily is a Venture Partner at Wefunder and works with startups interested in launching equity crowdfunding campaigns. She grew up in Queens, the best borough in NYC, and was the 2020 winner of the Queens StartUP Business Competition.
