The new Terminal 6 is an integral keystone for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s transformation of John F. Kennedy International Airport into a modern, 21st-century airport, under the leadership of New York Governor Kathy Hochul. JFK Millennium Partners (JMP) is the premier partnership of developers, investors, and airport managers developing the new Terminal 6. The $3.9 billion new international terminal, anchoring the north side of the airport, will feature 1.2 million square feet of terminal facilities, capacity for up to 10 gates, a redefined guest experience and create new business opportunities, and offer construction and other facility-related jobs. Groundbreaking is underway, and Phase 1 completion is slated for 2025. Terminal 6 is part of the broader redevelopment of JFK International Airport.
