Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. is once again proud to partner with Artemis Self Defense to offer his second annual series of self-defense classes at Queens Borough Hall. The classes will be held once per month during the summer. Participants will learn critical tips for personal self defense, while also receiving vital community safety and upstander trainings.
