Key to the City: Family Resource Fair
Join the NYIC at Rufus King Park on Saturday, June 11, 2022, from 10 am - 2 pm! We will be on the lawn in front King Manor Museum at 150-03 Jamaica Ave, Queens, NY 11432. Local community-based organizations will be sharing resources covering financial literacy, college access, IDNYC, and health access! We'll have Know Your Rights information available and much more! There will be several legal service providers available to assist community members in learning more about immigration relief options. To ensure a safe space for all attending, this event will be outdoors, masks are required, and we will be conducting health screenings and contact tracing. Questions? Contact us at [email protected] for more support. Thank you to Speaker Adrienne Adams, Council Member Nantasha Williams, NAACP Jamaica Branch, Council Member Shahana Hanif, NYS Senator James Sanders, Jr., NYS Senator Leroy Comrie, Jr., and in conjunction with U.S. Rep Gregory Meeks. Our Family Resource Fair is brought to you in partnership with NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board, USCIS, Queens Community House, ImmSchools, Queens Public Library, Caribbean Equality Project, DSI International Inc., Queens Defenders, South Asian Council for Social Services, NYC Emergency Management, Voces Latinas, Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement, Charles B. Wang Community Health Center, Libertas Center for Human Rights, and Planned Parenthood of Greater NY. Our Family Resource Fair is sponsored by The New York City Council and Department of Youth and Community Development and is brought to you in partnership NYC Parks.
