Borough President Richards Holds a Land Use Public Hearing
Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. will hold a regular Public Hearing on Land Use. The public hearing will be streamed live at www.queensbp.org. The agenda includes:
  1. An application submitted by the NYC Department of Environmental Protection for an amendment to the City Map involving a.) the elimination, discontinuance and closing of a portion of the Clearview Expressway bounded by the Cross Island Parkway, Clearview Expressway, and Roe Place; and b.) the adjustment of grades and block dimensions necessitated thereby. (ULURP #200122 MMQ) Location is in Clearview in Queens Community Board District 7
  2. An application submitted by Holland & Knight LLP on behalf of BG Sutphin LLC for an amendment of the Zoning Map changing from a C4-5X District to a C6-3 District property bounded by 97th Avenue, 146th Street, a line 100 feet southeasterly of 97th Avenue and Waltham Street. (ULURP # 210213 ZMQ).Location is in Jamaica in Queens Community Board District 12.
  3. An application submitted by Holland & Knight LLP on behalf of BG Sutphin LLC for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, modifying Appendix F for the purpose of establishing and mapping the area to be rezoned as a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing area. (ULURP #N210214 ZRQ). Location is in Jamaica in Queens Community Board District 12.
