Early in his career, he practiced Corporate and Securities law, including serving as General Counsel to two publicly-traded companies. For 12 years he was General Counsel to a niche recycler in Eastern Long Island until opening his own practice in Queens. He focuses on assisting the diverse community of small business owners by providing sophisticated legal services to small and medium-sized businesses at reasonable rates.
