LiveOn NY’s Boots on the Ground Roundtable (BOTGR) is a virtual, supportive, solution-driven space for direct aging service professionals and others to obtain and share resources, information, innovative ideas, and network with other professionals in an effort to stay connected and work collaboratively to continue serving older New Yorkers. This meeting will feature a Presentation entitled "Growing Within the Field of Aging Panel Discussion." As we navigate our professional and personal lives, especially in these past two years, we have seen the importance of connecting with and learning from one another as we walk into a whole new era of serving older adults. Hear from experienced leaders in the field of aging who have varied experiences and roles sharing about their personal journey, growth, challenges, and any practical resources/tips to enhance your own career growth and professional development.
