Lunar New Year Lion Dance to Support Asian-Owned Small Business in Forest Hills, Queens
Celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit. Please join Long Island Jewish Forest Hills (Hospital) Northwell Health, in partnership with Forest Hills Asian Association (FHAA) and Coalition of Asian-Americans for Civil Rights ( CAACR) to celebrate the Lunar New Year on Sat. Jan. 28, 2023. (rain date Sun. Jan.29)1pm. Great Wall Chinese Restaurant. 104-37 Queens Blvd. Forest Hills, NY 11375. We will kick off the celebrations with a Lion dance performance and will then be visiting various Asian-owned small businesses in the Forest Hills area including Fay Da Bakery, Dream City, @In Style Hair Beauty Salon, Jade Eatery & Lounge, Prince Tea House - Forest Hills, MK Vision Center and more. Look for us between 1pm-3pm on Queens Blvd and then on Austin Street. Thank you to Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce, Queens Chamber of Commerce, Queens Community Board 6, 112th precinct community council and our electeds.
