Parent's Day Event
On Saturday July 22nd, from 10am-2pm, Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr.,  in partnership with Parent Advisory Council, will be facilitating a Parent’s Day Event to uplift and empower our parents and families in vulnerable communities. Participating family members will receive clothing, books, toys, kate spade bags, bikes, and toiletries and a chance to win cool giveaway prizes. The event will be held at  110-18 Guy R Brewer Blvd in Jamaica, Queens. The Parent Advisory Council is a parent advocacy group works to bring parents’ voices into all aspects of ACS’ programming and policy in order to improve child and family outcomes in the child welfare system.
