Power of Mentorship Webinar
On Wednesday, June 14, 10-11am, through a Power of Mentorship Webinar, learn from mentor/mentee pairs about the iMentor program, how mentorship has positively affected them, and how you can support young LIC scholars. Following a discussion with the pairs, moderated by Queens Deputy Borough President Ebony Young, you will find out the next steps to take to become a mentor. iMentor is an education non-profit and youth mentoring program empowering first-generation college students to graduate high school, succeed in college or other post-secondary aspirations, and achieve their ambitions through one-on-one mentorships. iMentor partners with 13 high schools across NYC, including Information Technology High School in LIC, Queens. iMentor is a proud member of Long Island City Partnership.
