​Do you know when is the right time to incorporate your company? Should it be a C-corp, S-corp or LLC? Is Delaware a must for tech startups? What are some key tax items to look out for and what is an 83(b) election? To answer those questions, we are excited to have Sarah Besson, a corporate attorney at Couch White, LLP, join us for this workshop. ​Sarah is an associate at Couch White LLP. She assists businesses and commercial entities on a wide range of general corporate, business and transactional matters including entity formation and management, commercial real estate transactions, contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions, and general corporate governance and compliance issues. ​Sarah graduated with summa cum laude from Albany Law School, J.D., in 2018.
