Stretch on the Beach! MOVE. MAKE. BLOOM. hosts a farewell to summer as we gather in the sands of Rockaway Beach by the Beach 108th Street Entrance facing the beautiful ocean! Our event begins with a brief chat while we share our philosophy and how we serve the community of Queens! We will then host a 45min mini Stretch & Strengthen Class, as provided in our dance-based fitness program at our studio! Yoga Mat and Towel (preferably large) are required. Limited rentals are available :)
