The NY Islanders are helping kids get the school year off to a good start by giving away 1,000 Back to School kits. Each kit will each include a backpack filled with school supplies. Registration and personal transportation will be required. The event will be held Saturday, September 4 from 10 a.m. to noon at a location in western Nassau County. Location of event will included in the confirmation email sent after registration. Children must be present to receive a backpack. Masks and social distancing will be in affect.
