Queens Borough Cabinet Meeting
The Queens Borough Cabinet, chaired by Acting Borough President Sharon Lee, will meet on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.

The Cabinet will hear a presentation from the New York City Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) regarding the agency’s programs and initiatives, including its administration of the process for issuing film and television production permits.

In addition, the New York City Civic Engagement Commission and the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) will deliver a joint presentation on several initiatives, including OATH’s conflict resolution and mediation programs, new language interpretation services that are being provided to Community Boards, and the City’s new Poll Site Language Assistance Program, which will be providing language interpretation services at poll sites during the upcoming general election.

This meeting will be conducted virtually, with Borough Cabinet members participating via videoconference. The meeting will also be live-streamed to the public on the Borough President’s website at www.queensbp.org/community-boards.
