Borough President Richards Holds a Queens Borough Cabinet Meeting
The Queens Borough Cabinet, chaired by Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr., will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 9:30 AM. The meeting will include an update from the New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) on the recent issuance of the first Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary licenses across the state, including here in Queens. Representatives from OCM will also answer questions previously submitted by Borough Cabinet members. The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene will also give a presentation about its pest control efforts, such as its Rat Academy Trainings and other important resources for communities This meeting will be conducted virtually with Borough Cabinet members participating via videoconference. The meeting will also be live-streamed to the public on the Borough President’s website at www.queensbp.org.
