The next Queens Parent Advisory Board meeting will be on Wednesday, November 30th on Zoom from 6pm to 8pm. The meeting will focus on the FREE Adult Education and Career Readiness classes that are available to New York City residents. Meeting participants will learn about the FREE Adult certificate programs available to them. They include courses training people for jobs as EKG technicians, phlebotomists , nursing assistants, home health aides, and security guards, among other professions. Free courses are also available for Microsoft Office Certification, High School Diploma Equivalency, and English as a Second Language, among other topics.
