QUEENS CULTURAL TOURISM GRANT PROGRAM

About the Program

The 2023 Borough Culture Grant Program is funded by the NYC & Company Foundation, the charitable arm of New York City’s travel and tourism destination marketing organization. This grant program supports Queens as a culturally vibrant destination by funding the promotion of not-for-profit arts and cultural programs and events. These micro-grants are meant to be for the marketing and promotion of cultural programs and organizations.

Organizations and programs which meet this criteria will be selected by Borough President Donovan Richards, in accordance with guidelines determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Funding is administered by the Queens Borough President’s Office after verification of recipient eligibility by the Foundation.

All grant recipients must be a registered 501(c)3 with the State of New York. Projects eligible for funding under the program should be tourist facing and shall include, but are not limited to, promotional materials for cultural institutions, programs and events (i.e. paid media, print or digital content and/or videos.)

Application and Eligibility Details

The deadline to apply is Friday, April 14, 2023 at 5pm. All completed applications forms must be submitted to Director of Cultural Affairs Phil Ballman via email at [email protected].
