Join Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. for Borough Hall’s annual  Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 17 at 4:30 pm outside Queens Borough Hall, 120-55 Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens. The event will include caroling, cookies and a special visit from Santa!
