QUEENS BOROUGH CABINET TO HEAR FROM MAYOR’S COMMUNITY AFFAIRS UNIT; GET UPDATE ABOUT UPCOMING MUSIC FESTIVAL

QUEENS, NY –The Queens Borough Cabinet, chaired by Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr., will hold a virtual meeting on Tuesday, June 7, at 9:30 AM.
The meeting will feature a presentation from the Mayor’s Community Affairs Unit (CAU), which is the chief liaison between City Hall and local communities. The presentation will discuss the work of the CAU and touch on how it can collaborate with Community Boards to improve the delivery of municipal services.
The meeting will also include a presentation about the “Let’s Get FR.EE” music festival scheduled to take place in Flushing Meadows Corona Park on August 20 and 21, 2022.
This meeting will be conducted virtually with Borough Cabinet members participating via videoconference. The meeting will also be live-streamed to the public on the Borough President’s website at www.queensbp.org.
