The Office of Queens Borough President Donovan Richards and the NYC Department of City Planning host a “What is Zoning” webinar training to discuss what zoning is, why it exists and what it has to do with Community Boards.

Affordable Housing and Land Use Training Webinar for Community Board Members

Borough President Richards, his staff and representatives from the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development hosted an affordable housing and land use training webinar for community board members on January 31, 2023. The educational webinar can be viewed above.

2024 LAND USE PUBLIC HEARINGS

The hearings are generally scheduled every three weeks on Thursdays at 9:30am, except when they fall on holidays. Hearings will be held in a hybrid manner and live streamed both at www.queensbp.org and on the Borough President’s YouTube channel.
