Hot Bread Kitchen is a non-profit that provides FREE culinary workforce training, small business incubation, and an ecosystem of support for women and gender-expansive people, immigrants, and people of color pursuing economic opportunities in the food industry. Our workforce programs are designed to equip individuals with essential technical and professional culinary skills and place graduates in high-quality jobs in the food industry. Members receive a stipend and daily MetroCard while in training.
